Privacy Policy
Privacy at Nid's Math Tuition
Last updated: 8 October 2026. This notice explains how personal information is handled under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who is responsible for your data?
Nidhish, trading as Nid's Math Tuition, based in Northampton, Northamptonshire, is the controller of information provided for tuition enquiries. For privacy questions or data requests, email nidhishlolldharowa@outlook.com or call +44 7521 078512.
Information collected about parents and children
The enquiry form asks who is enquiring (parent/guardian or student, and whether a student is 18 or over); the parent or guardian's (or adult student's) name, email, phone number and best time to call; the student's year group, Maths level or qualification, exam board and tier; the main goal for tuition; preferred lesson type; whether you are based in the UK or abroad and, if abroad, your time zone; lesson availability; an optional message; the page the enquiry was sent from; and your consent choice. Messages may contain a child's name, school, learning needs or attainment. Only share what is needed to discuss tuition. A child's full name, date of birth, home address and school records are not required.
Parents or guardians should make enquiries for children. Adult students may enquire for themselves. Please do not send medical information, diagnoses or other sensitive information through this form. If additional support information is needed, we will discuss a suitable way to share it and any separate consent required.
Why information is used and the lawful basis
Enquiry details are used to reply, discuss learning needs and arrange a consultation. The form's required checkbox records your consent to this use; you can withdraw that consent by contacting Nidhish. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. If you prefer not to use the form, you can telephone or email instead.
If tuition is agreed, information necessary to arrange and provide lessons is processed to perform the agreement with the parent or adult student. Necessary student information may be processed for the legitimate interest of delivering appropriate tuition, balanced against the child's privacy. Records required by law are processed to meet legal obligations. Sensitive information will need a separate appropriate legal basis. The enquiry checkbox is not permission to send marketing.
Form delivery and sharing
Enquiries sent through the online form are delivered to Nidhish via GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), a CRM service provider that processes enquiry information on our behalf. GoHighLevel may process information outside the UK; where it does, appropriate lawful transfer safeguards apply.
Website hosting and email providers may process technical or correspondence data to operate their services. Information is not sold. It is shared only where necessary to handle your enquiry or tuition, or where required by law.
Keeping and protecting information
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as necessary to respond and manage follow-up. If tuition begins, relevant information is kept for the duration needed to provide lessons and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed should be securely deleted. Contact Nidhish for the retention arrangements that apply to your enquiry or tuition records.
Access should be limited to those who need it for enquiry handling or tuition, with appropriate account security. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information in messages; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your and your child's rights
Depending on the circumstances, you and your child have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent. These rights are not absolute; some records may need to be kept by law. Children's information belongs to the child, and a guardian's request will be considered with the child's age, understanding and authority to act in mind.
Send requests to nidhishlolldharowa@outlook.com. Reasonable identity checks may be needed. Requests are normally answered within one month; complex or multiple requests may take up to two additional months, with an explanation within the first month. There is normally no charge.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies and changes to this notice
The enquiry form does not use browser storage to save your answers. If analytics, review widgets or other services using non-essential cookies are added, their details and any required consent choices must be provided before use. This notice will be updated when enquiry delivery or data-handling arrangements change.
