FAQs

Online Maths Tutor FAQs for Parents

Everything you need to know about how online lessons work.

How do online lessons work?+

Lessons take place over video call with a shared digital whiteboard, so your child can see and write working in real time.

What does my child need?+

A laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, paper, a pen and a calculator.

Should we choose 1-to-1 or group sessions?+

1-to-1 suits students who need targeted support on specific gaps; groups suit students who enjoy learning alongside others. We can discuss which fits best during the free consultation.

How will I know how my child is progressing?+

Parents receive regular progress feedback covering what was covered, what's improving and what comes next.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Cancellation terms will be shared during the free consultation.

Ready to build your child's confidence in Maths?

Start with a free, no-pressure consultation. We'll talk through where your child is now, what they need, and how lessons would work.
